For about 2 years a travel book on Utah sat in or library waiting to be used.
About February 2006 it looked like our schedule might align like the stars.
We made some hiking plans and off we went. I didn't take any pictures of Las
Vegas (get me out of here). The pictures started when the air was fresh cool and
smelled of pine trees at the overlook the would presage the trip.

Remember the young family 2 teachers camping for 36 days with
their four kid's under the age of 8. I thought we were brave and adventuresome
